You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open an account. qqstar strictly prohibits underage gambling and will close any account that fails age verification.
Minimum deposit is Rp 10.000. Withdrawals are processed in under 3 minutes on average via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and QRIS. KYC must be completed before the first withdrawal.
All bonuses carry a 30x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. Bonuses expire 30 days after credit. Full bonus terms appear in Clause 7 of this document.
Each player may hold only one active qqstar account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances. Multi-accounting for bonus abuse is a terminable offence.
Arbitrage betting, use of bots or automated scripts, money laundering, and collusion are strictly prohibited. qqstar reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where prohibited conduct is detected.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which qqstar holds its international gaming license. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
By accessing or using the qqstar Platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and qqstar. Your continued use of the Platform following any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms per Clause 14.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this agreement.
To open and maintain an Account on qqstar, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
Age Restriction: Gambling by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited on qqstar. Any Account found to be operated by or on behalf of a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all bets voided, and all funds returned to the payment source.
qqstar reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend access pending verification. Providing false information about your age or identity is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
Each eligible individual may register one Account only on qqstar. The maintenance of more than one Account — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Indonesian bank account or e-wallet details, and a working contact email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. qqstar will never ask for your password by any communication channel. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed without authorization.
qqstar reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any Account at its discretion, including where we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
Before approving any withdrawal from your Account, qqstar is required to verify your identity, age, and payment method ownership. This process — commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) — may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:
KYC documents must be legible, unaltered, and in a supported image or PDF format. qqstar will review submitted documents within 24 hours under normal circumstances. During peak periods or public holidays such as Idul Fitri or Idul Adha, review times may be extended, and you will be notified accordingly.
Submitting forged, altered, or otherwise fraudulent documentation is a serious criminal offence and will result in immediate permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate authorities.
6.1 Deposits. The minimum deposit on qqstar is Rp 10.000. Deposits may be made via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and QRIS. All deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon confirmation of receipt. qqstar does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.
6.2 Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including public holidays. Average processing time is under 3 minutes for bank transfers and near-instant for e-wallet channels. Withdrawals will only be credited to a payment account registered in the same name as the qqstar Account.
6.3 Conditions for Withdrawal. The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request is approved:
6.4 Currency. All Account balances, deposits, bets, and withdrawals are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). qqstar does not accept or pay out in any foreign currency or cryptocurrency.
6.5 Failed Transactions. qqstar is not liable for delays caused by payment infrastructure outages at the Member's bank or e-wallet provider. If a deposit or withdrawal is not processed within the stated timeframe, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.
7.1 General. qqstar offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this clause and any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses carry a 30x wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount credited. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 requires Rp 3.000.000 in qualifying bets before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
7.3 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses expire 30 days after the date of credit. Any unmet wagering requirement at the time of expiry will result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being forfeited automatically.
7.4 Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following contribution rates apply:
7.5 Abuse Prevention. qqstar monitors bonus usage patterns continuously. Where we reasonably determine that a Member is exploiting bonus terms through low-risk betting strategies, arbitrage, or any other form of abuse, we reserve the right to void the bonus, cancel related bets, and in serious cases, permanently close the Account.
7.6 One Bonus at a Time. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, Members may hold only one active bonus at a time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active will result in the previous bonus being forfeited.
8.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on qqstar are subject to acceptance by the Platform. qqstar reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where system errors, manifest price errors, or suspicious activity are detected.
8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by market and game type and are displayed at the point of bet placement. qqstar reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to any Account without prior notice.
8.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, abandonment or postponement, manifest pricing errors, data feed failures, or where qqstar determines that a bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Void bets are refunded to the Account balance at the original stake amount.
8.4 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. qqstar employs a short delay on in-play bet acceptance to protect the integrity of live markets. Decisions made by match officials after a bet is placed — including VAR decisions, red cards, and injury-time results — are final and binding.
8.5 Results and Settlement. All bet results are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, the BRI Liga 1 organizing committee, or the relevant esports tournament organizer). qqstar's settlement decisions are final. In the event of an error, qqstar reserves the right to re-settle affected bets at any time.
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the qqstar Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:

All content on the qqstar Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout — is the property of qqstar or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform without our express written permission.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qqstar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from betting outcomes, system downtime, payment processing delays, or unauthorized account access.
12.2 qqstar's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 qqstar does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily affect access. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify Members of planned downtime in advance.
12.4 Nothing in this clause shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
qqstar collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.
qqstar implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, and real-time fraud detection to protect your data. However, no transmission over the internet is entirely risk-free, and Members are encouraged to maintain strong, unique passwords and to enable all available account security features.
qqstar reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered Members via their registered email address.
Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which qqstar holds its international gaming license.
In the event of any dispute between a Member and qqstar, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our support team. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of the initial complaint, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
